Abstract: SECTION 202(D) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT PROVIDES FOR INFORMATION REQUIRED TO MAKE A DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR STUDENT'S BENEFITS WHEN THE STUDENT ATTENDS A SCHOOL OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS FORM IS USED AS CERTIFICATION FROM BOTH STUDENT AND INSTITUTION REPRESENTATIVE THAT THE STUDENT IS STILL ELIGIBLE FOR STUDENT BENEFITS.
