Abstract: SECTIONS 1304.37 THROUGH 1304.41, CFR 21, REQUIRE THAT EACH PERSON WHO IS REGISTERED AS A MANUFACTURER, IMPORTER, EXPORTER OR DISTRUBUTOR OF SCHEDULE I AND II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, REPORT ALL TRANSACTIONS AFFECTING INVENTORIES OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES TO THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION.
