Abstract: THE LAW ALLOWS CERTAIN ENTITIES TO OBTAIN ALCOHOL FREE OF TAX FOR NONBEVERAGE PURPOSES. THIS BOND; HOWEVER, MUST BE FILED BY THE ENTITY AND MUST BE OF SUFFICIENT AMOUNT TO COVER ANY POTENTIAL TAX LIABILITY INCURRED DUE TO MISUSE OF THE ALCOHOL.
