IF IT IS FOUND THE SPIRITS/WINES WERE NOT EXPORTED OR NO EVIDENCE OF EXPORTATION, THE FORM SECURES PAYMENT TO THE U.S. OF TAXES ERRONEOUSLY REFUNDED. DESCRIBES THE EXPORTER SURETY COMPANY COMPANY, AMOUNT AND COVERAGE OF BOND, AND CONDITIONS THE EXPORTER AND SURETY COMPANY MUST ADHERE TO AND PAY TAX TO THE U.S.
