Abstract: THE LAW PROVIDES FOR THE IMPORTATION OF SPIRITS FROM THE VIRGIN ISLANDS UNDER CERAIN CONDITIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX. THIS BOND MUST BE FILED IN ORDER TO ENSURE PAYMENT OF ALL TAXES SHOULD THE PRINCIPAL BECOME LIABLE DUE TO IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL IMPORTATION.
