Abstract: THE INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THIS STUDY WAS REQUESTED DURING 1980 APPROPRIATIONS HEARINGS BEFORE CONGRESS, AND IS NEEDED FOR THE 1983 LEGISLATIVE REAUTHORIZATION OF THE INDIAN EDUCATION ACT.
