Abstract: RECORDING THE DAILY CHARGING RATES AND HOURS OF OPERATION SEEKS TO INSURE THAT PRODUCTION CONDITIONS ARE THE SAME AS WHEN THE SOURCE WAS TESTED, AND HENCE THE SOURCE IS MEETING THE STANDARD. IT AVOIDS SUBJECTING THE SOURCE TO ADDITIONAL TESTING AND REQUIRES DATA THE SOURCE WOULD NEED FOR ITS DAILY OPERATIONS.
