Abstract: (SECTION 1, 2, 64 STATUTE 1120 AS AMENDED 46 U.S.C) CERTAIN INSTANCES NECESSITATE THE WAIVING OF REQUIREMENTS OF THE NAVIGATION AND VESSEL INSPECTION LAWS FOR PARTICULAR VESSELS IN THE INTEREST OF NATIONAL DEFENSE. FORM CG-2633 IS THE APPLICATION FOR THESE WAIVERS.
