Abstract: THIS APPLICATION IS NEEDED FOR ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT, ENROLLMENT, ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION, STATISTICS AND CONTROL OF COURSES SUCH AS RADAR, FIREFIGHTING AND DIESEL, OFFERED BY THE U.S. MARITIME ADMINISTR TION TO U.S. MERCHANT SEAMEN. IT ALSO PROVIDES A STANDARD OF PHYSICAL PROTECTION FOR ALL STUDENTS WHO TAKE FIREFIGHTING.
