Abstract: THIS REPORTING REQUIREMENT IS NE FOR OWNERS AND MANUFACTURERS TO OBTAIN APPROVAL OF THE DESIGN OF A IM PORTABLE TANK. INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER A PORTABLE TANK DESIGN COMPLIES WITH THE APPLICABLE DOT SPECIFICATIONS. THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS PRESCRIBED BY SECTION 173.32A.
