Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS SECTION 213 FOR THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT (PL 479, 48 STAT. 1246, 12 USC 1701 ET SEQ.). SUBMITTED BY A MORTGAGOR THHROUGH A MORTGAGEE TO OBTAIN A SUPPLEMENTARY LOAN ON HUD-INSURED PROJECT.
