Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS SECTION 213 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT (PL 479, 48 STAT. 1246, 12 USC 1701 ET SEQ.). SUBMITTED AS EXHIBIT TO REQUEST FOR MORTGAGE INSURANCE BY MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGOR SEEKING HUD APPROVAL. NEEDED BY HUD TO ASSURE THAT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
