Abstract: THE SALES REPORT IS USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED AFFIRMATIVE MARKETING PLANS AND AS A DEVICE TO MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM. THE RENTAL REPORT ASSISTS IN DETERMINING THE IMPACT OF AFFIRMATIVE MARKETING ON THE HOUSING MARKET AND HELPS IN ANALYZING OCCUPANCY PATTERNS OF SUBSIDIZED AND UNSUBSIDIZED PROJECTS.
