Abstract: THIS IS THE SECOND-YEAR ASSESSMENT OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED THREE-YEAR LONGITUDINAL STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SENIOR COMPANION PROGRAM (SCP), EITHER AS A VOL OR ASCIPIENT OF VOLUNTEER SERVICES. THE FOCUS IS ON CHANGES IN THE FUNCTIONAL ABILITI OF THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED.
