Terms of Clearance: Approval is contingent upon the following changes: (1) Question 1, Section II to be modified by inserting between the end of the question and the response boxes (see Section 73.3615 of the Commission's Rules). (2) Program definitions in Section III to be modified to delete the word "than" in the fifth sentence of the definition. (3) Questions Nos. 8 and 14(b) of Section III to be modified by striking the word "minimum" in the former and by revising the latter to read "9 1/2 minutes per hour or 4 3/4 minutes per half-hour Saturday and Sunday." (4) Include in the preamble to Section III the following: "6. Applicants in preparing Questions 6, 7B, 8B, 13B, 13C, 15 and 16 should limit Exhibit 6 to three pages, Exhibits 7B and 8B to six pages each, and Exhibits 13B, 13C, 15 and 16 to two pages apiece. Applicants may, at their option, supplement information contained in exhibits submitted as part of Section III by placing additional material in their public inspection file. Such additional material shall be identified as a continuation of the particular exhibit and is subject to inspection by the public and the Commission."

THE DATA WILL BE REVIEWED BY LAWYERS, ENGINEERS AND ANALYSTS TO DETERMINE WHETH THE APPLICANT IS QUALIFIED AND HAS SERVED THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
