Abstract: USED TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN INDIVIDUAL IS QUALIFIED FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE NDER, A PROGRAM ESTABLISHED BY EO 11179, AUTH. BY SECTION 710 (E) OF THE DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT OF 1950, AS AMENDED. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR THE EXECUTIVE PERSONNEL NEEDS OF THE FEDERAL AGENCIES IN TIME OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY. EXECUTIVES RECRUITED FOR THE PROGRAM WOULD STABILIZE EMERGENCY STAND BY ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SKILLS NO
