Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY 5 U.S.C. 7117 (D) (1) WITH FINAL IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS ISSUED BY FLRA ON JANUARY 17, 1980, TO ADMINISTER MAJOR PORTIONS OF THE FEDERAL SERVICE LABOR-MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
