Abstract: THE FORM IS NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER PERFORMANCE OF THE AGENCY'S FUNCTIONS IN EVALUATING THE FINANCIAL CAPABILITIES OF PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS THAT DEAL WITH GSA.
