Abstract: INFORMATION NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE FINANCIAL CAPABILITY OF PARTIES WITH WHICH WE PROPOSE TO CONTRACT. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY EVALUATION OF PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE PROVIDED BY THE OFFICE OF FINANCE AT THE REQUEST OF CONTRACTING OFFICERS.
