Abstract: THESE REPORTS COLLECT INFORMATION ON EUROCURRENCY DEPOSITS FROM DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS THAT OBTAIN FUNDS FROM FOREIGN (NON-U.S.) SOURCES OR THAT MAINTAIN FOREIGN BRANCHES. REPORTS ARE USED TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL RESERVE REGULATION D AS AUTHORIZED BY THE MONETARY CONTROL ACT 1980. THESE DATA ARE USED TO CALCULATE RESERVE REQUIREMENTS AND TO ESTIMATE NONDEPOSIT SOURCES OF FUNDS.
