Abstract: THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (THE ACT) 50 U.S.C. APP. 2401 ET (1976 & SUPP. I 1977)} MANDATES THE COLLECTION OF THIS DATA TO INSURE THAT UNITED STATES PERSONS DO NOT COMPLY WITH, FURTHER, OR SUPPORT AN UNSANCTION FOREIGN BOYCOTT. THE DATA IS USED BOTH AS A TOOL TO ACHIEVE OUR REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY OF ENFORCING THE ACT AND TO GATHER STATISTICAL INFORMATION CONCERNING RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES OR BOYCOTTS
