Abstract: THIS PROJECT WILL CONDUCT EPIDEMIOLOGIC INVESTIGATIONS IN EAST, BOSTON MASS. IN ORDER TO DEVELOP NEW KNOWLDGE CONCERNING THE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS IN HEALTH AND DISEASES OF THE AGED. THE COMMUNITY SETTING FROM WHICH THE POPULATION IS TO BE DRAWN IS REPRESENTATIVE OF REAL CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED BY THE ELDERLY.
