Abstract: IN COMPLYING WITH SECTION 2(B) OF P.L. 93-247, AS AMENDED, NCCAN IS CONDUCTING AN EVALUATION OF DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS; A VARIETY OF TREATMENT SERVICE IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES FOR IDENTIFYING TECHNIQUES AND PROGRAMS SHOWING PROMISE OF SUCCESS. THIS FORM IS USED FOR COLLECTING DATA FROM THE PROJECTS AND WILL BE USED IN EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT.
