Also, the sponsor has not met the requirements of P>L> 95-561,setion 1212 (GEPA section 400A(b)(2)(A) nor has requested a waiver to this requirement. Since the sponsor has been unresponsive to the above, this request is disapproved. Any resubmission must address the above mentioned requirements.
