Abstract: TO ENSURE THAT ORGANIZATIONS ARE COMPLYING WITH PROGRAM GUIDELINES, TAXPAYER EDUCATION (TPE) COORDINATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING TCE SITES IN THEIR STATE. IRS MUST VISIT AT LEAST 50% OF THE TCE SITE THE TPE COORDINATOR MAY DELEGATE THIS RESPONSIBILITY TO DIRECTOR'S REPRESENTATIVES, VITA COORDINATORS AND GROUP MANAGERS. THE ATTACHED CHECK SHEET WAS PREPARED TO SIMPLIFY EVALUATION OF A TCE SITE.
