Abstract: THE REPORTS ARE NEEDED TO FILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 304(C)(1) O P.L. 92-318 AND THE TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL REPORTING. THE DIVISION WILL USE THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THAT ADEQUATE PROGRESS IS BEING MADE TOWARD ACHIEVING THE GOALS OF THE GRANTS, TO MONITOR THE RATE OF GRANTEE EXPENDITURES, AND TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL BUDGETARY PROBLEMS.
