Abstract: THE RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND RECOVERY ACT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO CONTROL HAZARDOUS WASTE FROM GENERATOR TO DISPOSITION FACILITY. THE PURPOSE OF THE REGULATIONS IS TO DOCUMENT THE GENERATION, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTES SO THAT LIABILITY FOR MIS-HANDING CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
