Abstract: SURVEY WILL DETERMINE USEFULNESS AND COST EFFECTIVENESS OF HOTLINE, WHICH PROVIDES LEADS IN CAREER AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND IS MAILED WEEKLY TO FORMER VISTA AND PEACE CORPS VOLUNTEERS.
