Abstract: THE COMMISSION HAS PROPOSED A BAN ON UF FOAM INSULATION. RESPONSES TO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES OF INSULATION CONTRACTORS WILL PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ON THE LIKELY IMPACTS OF A BAN ON THOSE FIRMS, DETERMINING RECENT MARKET TRENDS, AND ASSESSING THE EXTENT TO WHICH SUBSTITUTE INSULATION MATERIALS MAY BE USED.
