Agency should
review the existing form with a view toward reducing burden imposed
on applicants for modified radio station authorizations As a
general premise applicants should not be required to provide
information already on file with the existing radio station
authoriza tion. Further, consideration should be given to deleting
county of residence. If there is a specific requirement for such
information this requirement should be identified in the supporting
statement.
