Terms of Clearance: This request for clearance is approved for use through March 1982. If the agency resubmits this request for an extension of this approval it must include a copy of the contract language requiring the submission of monthly reports and must also explain what the consequences to the agencies contract monitoring would be if these reports were received on a semi-monthly or quarterly basis. Also, the submission should explain what effort the agency has made to consider the possibility of requiring diffierent reporting frequencies based on dollar size of contract or length of time the contract is to run.
