Abstract: THE RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1981 REVISED TITLE XIX OF THE SOCIAL SECURIT ACT. THIS REVISION CHANGED THE PROVISIONS OF THE MEDICAID MEDICALLY NEEDY PROGRAM. THE MEDICALLY NEEDY SECTION OF THE MEDICAID STATE PLAN PREPRINT MUST ALSO BE REVISED.
