Abstract: THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE FISH STOCKING APPLICATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF APPLICNATS WHO WISH TO OBTAIN FISH FOR STOCKING AND THE SUITABILITY OF APPLICANTS' LOCATIONS FOR MAINTAINING A FISH POPULATION. THE INFORMATION REGUESTED PROVIDES THE SERVICE WITH THE NECESSARY DATA TO PREPARE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF FISH POPULATIONS.
