Abstract: THE APPLICATION PACKAGE IS SUBMITTED BY PARTIES INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. THE APPLICATION IS USED BY OSHA STAFF TO SELECT ORGANIZATIONS THAT CAN EFFECTIVELY CARRY OUT THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM. INFORMATION REQUESTED INCLUDES: DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROGRAM, PROJECT SUMMARY, STANDARD FORM 424, OMB BUDGET INFORMATION SHEETS, DETAILED BREAKOUT OF BUDGET, AND BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES OF KEY PERSONS.
