Abstract: THE OES SURVEY MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS ARE THE PRIMARY SOURCE OF CURRENT MANAGEMENT ON THE STATUS OF STATE OES OPERATIONS. THEY ALLOW FOR EARLY IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF STATE COLLECTION PROBLEMS O AN ONGOING BASIS. THE EARLY IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF STATE COLLECTION PROBLEMS IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE OES PROGRAM SINC THE DATA COLLECTED ARE THE PRIMARY INPUT TO THE NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL ESTIMATES AND PROJECTIONS PRODUCED BY THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS.
