Abstract: FORM 6243 IS PREPARED BY MEMBERS OF THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY WHO EXPRESS INTEREST IN ATTENDING A SMALL BUSINESS WORKSHOP. ADDITIONALLY, IT IS USED TO INFORM INTERESTED PERSONS OF THE TIME AND DATE OF THE WORKSHOP FORM 6013 AND FORM 6013A EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRES ARE USED BY THE IRS TO EVALUATE THE WORKSHOP FOR USE IN PREPARING SUBSEQUENT PROGRAMS.
