SECTION 501(A) EXEMPT ORGANIZATIO FULFILL THE OPERATING CONDITIONS
OF THEIR TAX EXEMPTION. FORM 990-SCH A IS USED TO ELICIT SPECIAL
INFORMATION FROM SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS. IRS USES THE
INFORMATION FROM THESE FORMS TO DETERMINE IF THE FILERS ARE
OPERATING WITHING THE RULES OF THEIR EXEMPTION. FORMS 990-T IS USED
TO COMPUTE THE SECTION 511 TAX. IRS USES THE INFORMATION TO ENFORCE
THE TAX.
