Abstract: THE CE-741 SHALL BE USED BY THE STATES TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND AS A FORM FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN AND THE SUPPLEMENTAL STATE ENERGY CONSERVATION PLAN. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO MAKE A DETERMINATION TO AWARD GRANTS. SINCE CONGRESS HAS NOT TAKEN FINAL ACTION ON THESE PROGRAMS, THE START AND COMPLETION DATES HAVE NOT BEEN DETERMINED.
