Abstract: SURVEY OF PUBLIC AND BUSINESS AGENCIES IN 10 URBAN AREAS TO IDENTIFY METHODS AND COSTS OF CONTROLLING URBAN STORMWATER RUNOFF. THIS SURVEY IS CONDUCTED UNDER AUTHORITY OF SECTIONS 208 AND 211 OF THE CLEAN WATE ACT AND THE RESULTS WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE 1983 REPORT TO CONGRESS OF THE NATIONWIDE URBAN RUNOFF PROGRAM (NURP).
