Abstract: USERS OF WATERWAYS MAY REQUEST THAT THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT OF DISTRIC COMMANDER ESTABLISH A SAFETY ZONE FOR THE PROTECTION OF VESSELS, STRUCTURES AND WATER AND SHORE AREA. THOSE USERS AFFECTED BY A SAFETY ZONE MAY APPEAL THROUGH THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT, DISTRICT COMMANDER AN COMMANDANT.
