Abstract: PART 344 OF THE FDIC RULES AND REGULATIONS IS TO ENSURE THAT PURCHASER OF SECURITIES IN TRANSACTIONS EFFECTED BY AN INSURED NONMEMBER BANK AR PROVIDED ADEQUATE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE TRANSACTIONS.
