Abstract: SECTION 552 OF TITLE 5 OF THE UNITED STATES CODE, WHICH RELATES TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, AGENCY RULES, OPINIONS, ORDERS, AND PROCEEDINGS, IS REFERRED TO AS THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT.
