Abstract: A NOTICE FILED UNDER RULE 17AD02(C), (D) AND (H) ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1977 IS NEEDED TO INFORM THE APPROPRIATE REGULATORY AGENCIES ("ARA'S) (SEE 3(A)(34)(B) OF THE EXCHANGE ACT) OF THE FAILURE TO MEET THE MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OF THE COMMISSION'S RULES. THE NOTICE IS USED (1) TO ALERT THE ARA OF THE NEED TO MONITOR THE SITUATION AND (2) TO ALLOW AN ARA TO TAKE APPROPRIATE REMEDIAL ACTION, IF NECESSARY.
