Abstract: THE MEDICAID QUALITY CONTROL STATISTICAL REPORTS IDENTIFY ELIGIBILITY AND PAYMENT ERROR FINDINGS. THESE REPORTS ARE PRIMARILY USED BY THE STATES TO IDENTIFY MAJOR CAUSES FOR ERRORS AND TO INITIATE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. THE TABLES ARE MERGED TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF COMPUTATIONS AND TO YIELD NATIONWIDE DATA.
