Also, include copies of that part of the regulations which describes the information collection requirement and any forms required as well as regulation and statute statements of authority to collect the information. In the next submission explain the basis for the estimates of the number of respondents, number of responses and number of hours per response on the SF 83. In the next Supporting Statement describe the Federal use of the information and the consequences of eliminating the recordkeeping requiement, including empirically based estimates of potential revenue loss, where possible and applicable.
