Abstract: THE REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS ADDRESSED BY THIS SUBMISSION ARE ENFORCEMENT AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS WHICH A ESIGNED TO ASSURE THE SAFE MOVEMENT OF MILITARY EXPLOSIVES ON VESSELS. THEY REQUIRE ACTION PRIOR TO AND DURING THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE CARG THESE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDE INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE TO COAST GUARD PERSONNEL.
