Abstract: P.L. 88-560, SEC 312 AUTHORIZES REHABILITATION LOANS TO EITHER INVESTORS OR FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS FOR WHOM HUD HAS APPROVED THEIR LOAN APPLICATIONS (SEE OMB CLEARANCES 63R1575 AND 63R1577). THIS REPORT CONSUMMATES THE LOAN CONTRACT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
