IT ALSO PROVIDES INFORMATION ON CERTAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE OCCUPANTS. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, BOTH FEDERAL AND LOCAL, USE THE DATA PRODUCED FOR ANALYSIS OF HOUSING ISSUES.
