Abstract: REQUIRES CANADIAN CHARTER AIR TAXI OPERATORS TO REGISTER WITH THE BOARD IN ORDER TO OBTIAN THE REQUISITE AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT TRANSBORDER SERVICE BETWEEN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES. APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION WILL DEPEND ON WHETHER THE APPLICANT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE U.S.-CANADA NONSCHEDULES AGREEMENT AND PART 294 OF THE BOARD'S ECONOMIC REGULATIONS.
