Abstract: 12 CFR 563.22 AND 546.2 AND SECTION 403(B) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT REQUIRES FSLIC-INSURED ASSOCIATIONS TO OBTAIN BANK BOARD APPROVAL TO MERGE WITH OR ACQUIRE THE ASSETS OF ANOTHER INSTITUTION.
